For the dough -
5 tbsp all purpose flour
½ tsp baking powder
5 tbsp Greek yogurt
For the sauce -
1 tbsp pesto
For the topping -
Fresh mozarella, thinly sliced
Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
Parmesan cheese, grated
Optional: balsamic glaze
1) Preheat your oven to 450°F.
2) To make the dough, add the flour and baking powder to a small bowl and mix to combine. Then, add the Greek yogurt and mix until a rough dough forms. Then, knead just until the dough comes together.
3)Roll out the dough to ⅛ of an inch thick, and place on a pan or skillet. Spread the pesto over the pizza crust, and place the mozarella and tomatoes on top. Sprinkle with some parmesan cheese. Bake at 450° for 8-10 minutes, or until the crust is crispy.
5) Remove from the oven, and drizzle with some balsamic glaze. Slice or cut to serve, and enjoy!
