1/2 cup oats (1/3 cup oat flour)
1 Egg
1/2 banana
2 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp nut butter (or substitute with yogurt)
2 tsp maple syrup or honey
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
Optional: Add Chocolate Chips
1) Add all ingredients to a blender, excpet the raspberries.
2) Blend until smooth.
3) Then add the raspberries and pour into a small pyrex or baking dish.
4) Bake at 400°F (205°C) for 25 Minutes. Enjoy!
