Berry Medley Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup water or milk
1/2 banana
3/4 cup frozen raspberries
3/4 cup frozen blueberries
(or other berry of choice)

Directions:

1) Add the berries to a blender. Then, add the protein powder and water/milk. Add the banana.

2) Blend until smooth, and enjoy!
